As we near the end of 2021, we find ourselves compelled to adapt and persevere in confronting the myriad challenges of the ongoing new normal era. The downturn across all sectors, particularly the economy, has emerged as a critical concern for society at large. Fortunately, the digital technology sector has witnessed a substantial upsurge, necessitating the optimal harnessing of its existing potential. Consequently, the role of Islamic Banking in digital banking is called upon to innovate, adjust, and collaborate in response to the prevailing circumstances.

Young individuals, particularly students of Islamic Economics and Business, are expected to enhance their creativity through scholarly writing. The significance of academic writing lies in its role in preserving research, ensuring its ongoing development alongside technological and informational advancements, and in generating discoveries or arguments that enrich the realm of knowledge. Understanding the principles of academic writing is also crucial for grasping the framework of formal, critical, and systematic writing, which aims to address and resolve issues using scientific language. Additionally, it involves adapting writing formats based on the discipline and the standards set by the publishing institution.

The Q&A session and discussions proceeded seamlessly, with participants displaying enthusiasm in their exchanges and receiving comprehensive responses from the six speakers in attendance. The aspiration is for this discussion to persist, aligning with the upcoming activities of the IB Festival in the following year.
