Yogyakarta - FEBI of UIN Sunan Kalijaga received a visit from Miss Xun Hu (Miss Doris), Program Manager of the School of International Education at Wuxi Institute of Technology, China, on Monday, August 12, 2024. Ms. Xun Hu's visit aimed to discuss the FEBI’s student exchange program 2024 and to follow up on preparations for the double degree program for 2025. As a point of reference, in 2023, FEBI successfully sent students on exchange programs to Wuxi Institute of Technology in China, and to IIUM and UUM in Malaysia. Discussions regarding the proposed double degree program have been intensively conducted between FEBI’s international cooperation team, led by Dr. Qoyyum, and representatives from Wuxi Institute of Technology’s School of Management and School of Finance and Economics.
According to FEBI’s Dean, Dr. H. Afdawaiza, M.Ag., the implementation of international programs such as Student Mobility and Student Exchange, as well as the planned double degree program, reflects FEBI’s commitment to becoming part of the global academic community. "We aspire to achieve not only formal administrative internationalization but also substantive internationalization in terms of academic quality," he stated.
