Inauguration and Handover of the Head of the FEBI Laboratory for the 2025-2028 Period
The Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Misnen Ardiansyah, SE., M.Si., K.CA., ACPA., presided over the inauguration of the new Head of the Computer Laboratory. The ceremony, held on Friday, January 10, 2025, in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room, was attended by several FEBI officials, including the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mukhamad Yazid Afandi, M.Ag., the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Ibi Satibi, S.H.I., M.Si., Head of Study Program, lecturers, and education staff.
Alex Fahrur Riza, SE., M.Sc. CMA., a lecturer in the Sharia Banking Study Program, was appointed as the Head of the Computer Laboratory for the 2025-2028 period, replacing Mahfud Asyari, S.E., M.M., who previously served as the Head of the Computer Laboratory since October 25, 2024. The former Head of the Laboratory was relieved from his duties due to a new role at the University level as the Coordinator of the Strategic Management System Implementation Assistance Center within the Internal Audit Unit of UIN Sunan Kalijaga since January 3, 2025.
In his address, Prof. Misnen extended his congratulations and best wishes to the newly appointed Head of the Computer Laboratory of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The Dean expressed his hopes that the newly appointed official can carry out this mandate with full dedication and integrity. He emphasized that the new leadership should strive to make sustainable positive contributions, enhance the quality of laboratory services, and strengthen the faculty's reputation. With strong commitment and collaboration, the new laboratory leadership is expected to bring constructive changes that support academic advancement and elevate FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga's reputation at both national and international levels.
In addition to congratulating and wishing success to the newly appointed Head of the Laboratory, Prof. Misnen expressed his highest appreciation and gratitude to the former official, Mahfud Asyari, S.E., M.M. Despite his relatively brief tenure, Mr. Mahfud had performed his duties admirably, including the successful implementation of practicum activities.
