It also highlighted the role of students in this effort, emphasized individual self-development, and examined the presence of Islamic Banking HR in the era of widespread digitalization.
It has been two years since we were compelled to adjust to new habits amidst numerous challenges. The decline in all sectors, particularly the economy, has become a pressing issue for the entire population of our country. The silver lining is the significant growth experienced in the digital technology sector, which must be optimally utilized.
However, the common challenge lies in the lack of optimal utilization in educating the general public and enhancing self-quality. Innovation, adaptation, and collaboration are also crucial in addressing the current situation.
Youth, Islamic Economics and Business students are expected to become drivers of Digital Transformation, occupying various roles in the Creative Economy industry as “Actors, Educators, Motivators, and Accelerators”. In addition to theoretical discussions, tangible contributions are pivotal in achieving economic recovery in Indonesia. It is essential to conceive innovative economic ideas, put them into practice, and disseminate them widely.
The Q&A session and discussions proceeded smoothly, with the participants showing enthusiasm and receiving comprehensive answers from the four speakers in attendance. The aspiration is for this dialogue to continue, in line with IMAPSI, which will soon convene its Congress in Jogja on September 26-29, 2021.
