Yogyakarta, January 18, 2024 – A networking event between the Sharia Banking Study Program the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Yogyakarta Area Office took place at Jl. Sudirman No. 42, Terban, Gondokusuman Sub-District, Yogyakarta. This event marked a strong collaboration in advancing Sharia banking education and practice. Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the key partners of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
The delegation from the Sharia Banking Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga was warmly welcomed by the Area Manager of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Mr. Budi Abdiriva. The meeting aimed to strengthen the partnership between the educational institution and the Islamic banking industry. The Head of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Mrs. Ruspita Rani Pertiwi, attended alongside several lecturers from the program. They discussed various aspects related to the implementation of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) Practitioners Program as a means of providing students with practical perspectives from industry professionals.
