Since the declaration of Covid-19 as a pandemic, numerous domestic and global economic sectors have experienced significant disruption. The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector has been particularly hard hit. Consequently, it is crucial for the Islamic Economics Master’s Program to play a role in empowering MSMEs to endure and thrive amidst the ongoing pandemic.
The Islamic Economics Master's Program collaborated with PW NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY, which runs an empowerment program for MSMEs focused on productive economic development. One of the initiatives included was the Empowerment Workshop for MSMEs held on June 3, 2021. The workshop took place online via the Zoom application from 09:00 to 12:00 AM.
